晋利，男，1989年2月，汉族，山西大同人，博士学位，博士生导师，现就职于内蒙古工业大学新能源学院。
研究方向：图像处理（单镜头离焦法）；光测（数字图像相关法DIC）；松弛、蠕变及疲劳；多轴拉伸。
