晋利，男，1989年2月，汉族，山西大同人，博士，讲师，现就职于内蒙古工业大学新能源学院。
研究方向：光测（数字图像相关法DIC)；新能源装备松弛、蠕变及疲劳测试；智能装备研发及运维。
